Bringing a blend of educational expertise and multicultural experience to the dental office, Lily is a dedicated administrative assistant who spent two enriching years in China and honed her skills working with children. Graduating from State Pedagogical University in Ukraine, Lily cultivated a deep understanding of pedagogy and child development before transitioning to the dental field. Her time spent at a preschool allowed her to develop exceptional organizational and communication skills, which she now applies to her role in dental office administration.

Passionate about fostering a welcoming and comforting environment, Lily is committed to ensuring every patient feels at ease from the moment they walk through the door. Her unique background equips her with a holistic perspective on patient care and administrative efficiency, making her a valuable asset to the dental team.

Nadia Babiy is our very first employee who joined even prior to the date the doors of Cornerstone Dental Health were open to the public. She graduated from Pennfoster Career School and became a licensed Expanded Function Dental Assistant. Nadia entered the dental field because she loves helping and serving others. She is a compassionate and caring person which makes her a great asset to our team. She strives to provide high quality work for our patients and is willing to go an extra mile to make sure we meet our patients’ expectations. Nadia has been taking a number of continuing education courses in periodontology, fixed and removable prostethic design and manufacturing, pediatric dentistry, and many other areas to further her skills in all the areas of dentistry Cornerstone Dental Health provides.

During her leisure time she enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She is the director of the Sunday School and also serves as one of the youth leaders in her local church.

Tina has been in the dental field since 1988. She started her career as a dental assistant and later completed her Dental Hygiene degree at Pennsylvania College of Technology in 1992. In 2011 Tina received her Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner (PHDHP) license. She completed the local anesthesia course in 2013 and her Expanded Function Dental Assistant, (EFDA) course in 2015. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and sits on the board for the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center OAC Dental Hygiene Board for the past 5 years. She was a clinical offsite instructor for HACC hygiene students from 2014-2018. Tina’s expertise is in education of oral hygiene and the link of oral disease and medically compromised patients as well as, periodontal therapy.

Tina enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, riding bike, culinary arts and reading God’s Word. She enjoys Bible study and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with others. Her faith walk is important and shares in a ministry at her local church where she attends. Tina is the Dental Program Coordinator for Hope Within Ministries, a local non-profit organization. Where Dr. Guk and Tina provide dentistry and the hope of Jesus with their patients.
